Been a customer for 4years,today I'm told that holds can not be removed,so if a payment comes out bigger than the $200 im screwed,time for a new bank,thanx again for going above and beyond and not helping your customers who pay,im told I can get100$ more if I talk to a manager, yippy skippy,thanx for nothing over the past 4 years
Deborah helped me with opening up RRSP and TFSA. Also she guided me and explained about credit cards. She is great to deal and understand her clients very well. The front office staff is also very friendly and good to talk.
