I had an issue with the ATM rejecting part of my deposit and not returning all the cash. There was no record, but the branch manager listened, followed up, and kindly refunded the missing amount. I appreciate the professional and respectful way it was handled. The ATM could use some maintenance.
Who hired them it's ridiculous. Visit and see by yourself.
Worse bank branch ever with way worse working staff
Never go there for banking purposes, it's a request. They just took my $2000, and very nicely the branch manager said we can't do anything about it and you cannot even move money from the account. So my hard earned money has been taken away by Scotiabank and their very hard working, pin headed staff. Thank you for your service. Worst bank branch office ever with worse working staff....... BE AWARE FOLKS.......
