Recently i went into this branch and i had really bad experience, the staff was to much rude they don’t know how to deal with customers. Really i recommend everyone to go college heights instead of spruceland. Zero customer service.
Very horrible experience. My account was immediately blocked and suspended and my credit card was immediately taken and I was told and indeed that they could not keep me. I felt betrayed and felt like I was not a victim of fraud but the perpetrator. I really felt betrayed. I am never going there again.
Recently I went into the branch, and was assisted by Mary to make a transfer and withdraw. She was very helpful and professional!
I had a very negative experience at this Scotiabank location. The staff member who assisted me, Mary, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her tone and facial expressions felt judgmental and made me uncomfortable. Although a Scotiabank phone representative had advised that the branch could assist me, Mary refused and stated they do not handle matters related to the 1-800 number, without offering any support or alternatives.
