The phone number does not let you speak to anyone at the branch. The customer contact center is…well … Extremely limited in what they can do – and generally may or may not be able to Help you – but It will cost 30 minutes to get somebody on the line
Went to inquire about a line of credit and was told they don't apply for this type of LoC at the branch level. Was promised by Nardin Tazehkand that I would get more information after he contacted the back office. A whole week later and I still haven't heard anything. Guess Scotiabank is rich enough that they don't care about new customers 🤷
poor behaviour on their behalf... manager was very rude.
