When my money got stuck in the ATM, she helped me right away and followed up with me every day until the issue was resolved. She kept me updated, was very polite, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service!
We always receive excellent service at this branch. Staff is friendly and helpful. The manager is great and always ready to assist when needed. I am very happy with this branch and this team.
Avoid to use this branch for your check or cash deposit through ATM machine.
Visited this location in Kleinburg for the first time to deposit money since the 27 and Langstaff location closed. Absolutely terrible, the after hours ATM is outside with no shelter whatsoever, it took our money and then stated there was an error, so the money was not actually deposited and were now waiting about a week to receive the money back through a claim. Scotiabank ATM’s have always been notoriously terrible at taking money but this tops the cake.
