Need more tellers on site especially busy days Their bank machines- out of 3, you might get 1 machines that "offer withdrawls", maybe 2 on not so busy days Twice now I've tried to deposit cash, and the machine discounts the monies going in, AND doesn't give back the miscounted bill, making you wait for banking hours to get it back. I cannot easily trade Banks, so I end up doing business during business hours.
Was told they couldn't help with what I needed to call the 1800 number....called them and was told to go back to the bank. Got a different teller and had it fixed within minutes. Another time put my hand on the door handle to go in, the girl on the other side locked it as I went to open it and said we r open again in the morning. If it wasn't so much work to change banks my hubby and I would be gone from Scotiabank
Can't call the bank it self! An hour and a half, given wrong number, ! Can anybody speak ENGLISH!! WHAT A SNAFU! This will be the second time I took My money out of a BANK!! WHAT A BUNCH OF STUPID.... ...
The wait at the tellers is too long. Now that Sydney Mines is closed there should be more tellers open at all times.
