The wait at the tellers is too long. Now that Sydney Mines is closed there should be more tellers open at all times.
Bank machines constantly out of order as well as the app! Losing my business as soon as I can make it in with an hour or so of spare time to wait through a line during the like,, 5ish hours they're actually open.. Between the awful service and even worse company policies, the machines that dont work, and how inconvenient its become having to go from sydney mines since the one there shut down. Been trying to call customer service for days now and not even that is getting me anywhere because of the wait times. I don't need a b... read more
You would think with the short hours they have they would have more tellers behind the counter.. people waiting 40+ minutes with one teller working and another one just standing there confused on what’s going on. Do better Scotia either hire more people or stay open longer also maybe inform your banks that tangerine is apart of your branch
