Absolute worst scotiabank branch in the country. ABMs never work properly and staff utterly unhelpful.
Nice staff, quick service.
After booking and confirming an appointement, and taking the day off from work, I get a call from the agent telling me that he is not qualified to do the fund transfer. And this same agent, instead of looking for a solution for a problem that the branch/bank/him is responsible of, told me to go to an another branch and tried to finish the call as quickly as possible.
It's hard to understand why this branch has received so many negative reviews. My credit card was stolen for $500, and even though the branch didn't have the capacity to handle visa related problems, Patricia provided me with a solution. I called the scotia fraud report center and settled the matter with Patricia's help. The tellers at the front desk were very welcoming. Very satisfied with their service. The best branch in city. Definitely recommended!
