They’re supposed to open at 8:30AM. I’ve been calling for half an hour and can’t get through in any way. Honestly embarrassing.
I had to deal with this bank after my mom passed and they treated me like a criminal. I had all the documents and proof of death. They brought me to a separate room and interrogated me for 40 minutes. Went to the bank and the Indian female staff was rude and mocking at me for asking questions about setting up an account. Never returning here!
I was served by teller Jameson and it was quick and absolutely no hassle whatsoever Excellent service
