They’re supposed to open at 8:30AM. I’ve been calling for half an hour and can’t get through in any way. Honestly embarrassing.
I had to deal with this bank after my mom passed and they treated me like a criminal. I had all the documents and proof of death. They brought me to a separate room and interrogated me for 40 minutes. They then tried to threaten me by calling the fraud department and telling me that they would be calling me to sort out this “matter” They made me give my place of employment how long I’ve worked there, What I make a month.
