I use this branch as Hazel Castano is a wonderful advisor. We seem to be in the days where and when advisors feeling is okay to not to respond to voice or emails and also give incorrect information (I hear this all the time in my social circle). Hazel IS NOT that, she responds within 24 hours. She is extremely knowledgeable and when she is not certain she will get the correct information.
