Disorganized! If you have an application for loan or anything, make sure you follow up in person. After almost 2 months, I came to the bank to check my application status and was notified that my application was not even entered into the system.
Representatives gave me wrong information not once but on two different occasions. On both occasions their phone customer service directed me back to the branch.
I went there to open an LRSA account, but Zaïd, the officer assigned to open account, was impatient, unqualified and extremely arrogant. He first told me I could only open an RRSP account and wouldn't listens to me, just for him to find out I could open an LRSP account when his colleague came to babysit him. He also pressured me to sign documents without explaining the implications and making allegations about my income calling it "illegal". He was terrible from the beginning to the end
Horrible customer service. The Visa department's useless staff and services. Ripped off at times.
