Excellent service de la part de Maksym Krolov à la Scotiabank à Ottawa. Très serviable, professionnel et surtout très patient. Il a pris le temps de bien expliquer chaque détail et de répondre à toutes mes questions sans pression. Nous y sommes passés aujourd'hui, vendredi 24 avril, avec ma femme. After a disappointing experience at the Rideau branch where the tellers were clearly incompetent, I came to this location hoping for better service. I’m very glad I did. Huiying Liang was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to resolving my problem. She handled everything quickly and efficiently, and her attitude made a big difference. Excellent service.
Disorganized! If you have an application for loan or anything, make sure you follow up in person. After almost 2 months, I came to the bank to check my application status and was notified that my application was not even entered into the system.
Representatives gave me wrong information not once but on two different occasions. On both occasions their phone customer service directed me back to the branch.
