Super strict and not very helpful
First time conducting business with them, such an amazing experience. I wonder why the rating of the branch is so low!!! My advisor Shubhra was outstanding; she was very patient with me and walk me through the account opening process. She hold in-depth knowledge and proactive in offering the best financial advice for you. This branch should be proud and value such wonderful employee, definitely a future leader. So if you are interested to invest in mutual funds or personal banking, you know whom to reach for.
They give the worst service ever . To be a known bank and give such services in downtown shouldn’t be allowed. I went there and only one person was there to serve the clients when you could clearly see all the other staff members chitchatting and just starring at every person that gets in and that makes you wonder if they really like their job.
