lol of course they have two stars. Customer service here is deplorable it’s almost ridiculous. All that gorgeous space for employees who don’t deserve it
Staff here need more training. It took almost an hour to close an account, with endless questioning, even though I had provided all the necessary IDs. Scotiabank also charges around $11 just to close the account.
Very negative experience, was given wrong information in a curt and rude manner. Went to straight to another branch where they were far more helpful.
Customer service here is a joke lol
Excellent service de la part de Maksym Krolov à la Scotiabank à Ottawa. Très serviable, professionnel et surtout très patient. Il a pris le temps de bien expliquer chaque détail et de répondre à toutes mes questions sans pression. Nous y sommes passés aujourd'hui, vendredi 24 avril, avec ma femme. Service vraiment apprécié, je recommande fortement.
