This has been my home branch for over a decade. Always encountered stellar staff and excellent service.
I gave 5 stars but mainly for 1 person. his name is Sercan. He is a Teller at this branch. I had booked an appointment with one of the financial advisors as I'm going through a divorce and had to close all the accounts. The Advisor, didn't even know I had an appointment (weird) then when I told him what I needed done. He passed me off to Sercan and then went and sat in another advisors office and chatted about nothing important. Didn't even try to save me a client.
