Have been at the Robson location many times now over the years. Two things I noticed: - the sales staff never come out to check in with customers in line, even when the line is very long - Ranjila Kumar has always provided excellent service
As someone new in Canada, I received excellent advice and was treated very nicely. Dike Zhao helped me open a Student Account and was very supportive. Surprisingly, he even spoke very good German. So to all the German speaking, he was very happy to talk with us in German XD Thank you for your help
I was very disappointed after witnessing a lack of willingness to assist and a lengthy wait. Subsequently, they informed me that they could not take any action without my debit card. They also stated that with a Scotia Bank credit card, they cannot verify me. When I suggested there should be a way and that it was urgent, they informed me that we are not TD and that they could not assist. I mean just at least try to help!
Worst experience in scotia bank ever! The tellers are poorly trained and not helpful!!
