Janki attends to me well, she is well behaved and reserved
I wish I never have to come to this bank. ATM’s withdraw is not available at the moment and there are 7 people in line and moving at an extremely slow pace. Four tellers sitting there only two are working and one of them seems to be on training and helped by another staff member. They do not seem to care about the time wasted for the customers to wait they are chatting and laughing. Very very slow. Almost Everytime I am here it is this slow. No one is stepping out to help out with the long line.
I have never experienced the level of care and customer service from a bank like I have from Scotiabank and the absolutely wonderful representative Amandeep. I was exhausted with my old bank after having to book meetings and sit downs (some of which they mis-scheduled!) to get things done. After one particularly frustrating situation, my husband and I said "enough" and walked into Scotiabank asking to open a new joint account and get things started. I know downtown is bad but their ATMs are only open during business hours which means I have to look all over the city for ATM to use if I don't get to this bank on time. My hone branch since I leave in cathedral area. Other banks are open and I don't trust banks to keep internet banking safe
Absolutely ridiculous attempt of a bank. Spent thirty minutes there. Two new staff trying to open up an account (I had already done the online process). They eventually denied me because I didn’t have 2 photo ids. I had one and several other proofs of self such as health card I make over six figures and am very responsible. I didn’t say a thing just left this joke of a bank and went to CIBC and 20 minutes later I walk out with an account and $500 promotion. You’re a joke Scotiabank
