Service is terrible and the lady working at the front desk has a disgusting attitude towards customers. Super ignorant and super disrespectful attitude towards clients when answering questions. Also put a check in the account and deposited it then proceeded to explain to me that it would be on hold after I was told to bring it in and it would be cashed bc it's a government check.. was.also told rhe check would bounce after she deposited it and was given a remark of " dont you watch the news" .... super unprofessional and wou... read more
I visited this branch to complete some business today. I saw an elderly woman go in for help (she was ahead of me in line) and get treated pretty badly by the tellers (younger women). I felt bad for her. The tellers were shamefully unkind to her and gave her incorrect information about restoring her phone.
Went there to deposit a cheque. The bank is still operating on 1950’s hours. Doesn’t open until 9:30. So, I had to use the ATM. I put my card in and it asked me for my PIN, but the buttons don’t work. I had a heck of a time getting my card back. Tried the 2nd machine and it took my card and my PIN but wasn’t accepting any deposits. I tried calling the branch. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. The local phone number goes to a corporate line. So you can’t even talk to someone at the local branch. So I went to TD. Absolutely RIDICULOUS for ... read more
