I went here today to finish setting up a new account. I couldn't put money in because they only take cash but the teller told me I just needed to download the app. I did so and you can't set it up through the app, I went through all the emails and they have a link that does not take you to the activation page like it said it would. I found the activation page and it doesn't work. I will now be charged for not having the minimum balance because I don't have time to go back to the bank and they are closed tomorrow.

Customer service representative named ‘JUAN’ terrible person! I was asked more than 5-6 questions and than i skipped a question what is the limit on over draft! He failed to help. Also, this person is rude at hell! Scotia bank could do better! This is how you lose your customers
