I’m locked out of my online account for 5months now.The bank teller told me I have to phone in to unlock it. The person on the phone told me I have to go to a branch to unlock it. I did this I total of 3 times each a total wait time of 8hrs. Not happy one bit.
There is no consistency between what is told to you over the phone by the Scotiabank Call Centre and the information you receive at ground level when you are in the Financial Institution. *The one positive in this branch is an employee named "Irnya" who went out of her way to try to rectify the misinformation given from Call Centre employee.
Awful bank always Strange charges. Like 100s of dollars worth.you have to constantly call the 1800 number .always lined up out the door poor service rude employees. Bank machine never works. Let the employees know the employees they don't care they won't fix it.. Switched banks much better I don't know why they charge you service fees when they don't give you any service. The whole bank is a joke. They don't even know what they're doing. Not one person in the bank could tell me the fee to do a bank transfer. Ridiculous. I'm taking all my money out
