Customer service representative named ‘JUAN’ terrible person! I was asked more than 5-6 questions and than i skipped a question what is the limit on over draft! He failed to help. Also, this person is rude at hell! Scotia bank could do better! This is how you lose your customers
I’m a small business owner and Scotiabank has frozen my company’s account for months — based on an internal conflict I already reported. They gave my abusive ex-business partner access to private banking information without my consent after I was advised by the same advisor to open a new account to protect myself. I’m locked out of my online account for 5months now.The bank teller told me I have to phone in to unlock it. The person on the phone told me I have to go to a branch to unlock it. I did this I total of 3 times each a total wait time of 8hrs. Not happy one bit.
There is no consistency between what is told to you over the phone by the Scotiabank Call Centre and the information you receive at ground level when you are in the Financial Institution. *The one positive in this branch is an employee named "Irnya" who went out of her way to try to rectify the misinformation given from Call Centre employee.
