Deplorable wait times. Line up out the door and only two tellers on. Senior people standing in line for over an hour to see a teller.

**Frustrating branch to bank with** Some staff are great, others not so much. Very poorly managed bank location in general. Hours are bad, no one answers the phone (annoying for little questions that shouldn’t require an in person visit), line ups are always out the door they never have another tellers behind the desk. I could go on. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere. I plan to do the same
Bank will say they are open and they are not. Went there twice and tellers weren't open when are they supposed to. Scotia bank sucks!!!
From my experience, service at this location and Scotiabank as a whole has dropped off substantially over the past Decade plus. Latest example was yesterday. At different branch that was open past 3:00PM and had tellers till 5:00. I went in to get a bank draft and was informed that they no longer issue bank drafts after 3:00 PM at all locations locally.
