Terrible hours. Hey Scotia Bank make yours hours to reflect people who work 9-5...open the doors on Saturdays so people can get some banking done.. not very pleased .
3PM closing time is ridiculous
I had a terrible experience with someone there named Anish. Very unprofessional and disappointing
I went in to get some banking done recently on a sat. As the website said it was open Saturdays to 3pm. When I got there they changed the teller hours weekday until 5pm. Why not have a late day to 7pm or open on Saturdays. People have to take a day off to get stuff done. I asked the person at the inquiry desk why they changed the hours. He suggested to come back on my lunch break duringthe week.. Are they for real!?? Absolutely ridiculous!!
