I went in to get some banking done recently on a sat. As the website said it was open Saturdays to 3pm. When I got there they changed the teller hours weekday until 5pm. Why not have a late day to 7pm or open on Saturdays. People have to take a day off to get stuff done. I asked the person at the inquiry desk why they changed the hours. He suggested to come back on my lunch break duringthe week.. Are they for real!?? Absolutely ridiculous!!
Terrible customer service , 1 teller and a customer service representative , line is out the door .
Deplorable wait times. Line up out the door and only two tellers on. Senior people standing in line for over an hour to see a teller.
