I was in branch last week , staff is totally in wrong business, they must work at tim hortans . Very unprofessional. I wish they had all bad days in their life . Every bad day in their life makes me happy .
Tell me the logic in this. Opened a joint bank account with husband. Because of Canada post strike we didn’t get our cards and they were mailed to the branch instead. We were told to come to the branch to pick up our cards for our joint account. My husband wasn’t allowed to pick up my cards because it’s different card numbers they don’t want to give the cards to him because he could use it by tapping. Great customer service. Low rates. Open on Saturdays
Mom went to withdraw money for my wedding. Manager was giving her a hard time and asking a lot of question to why she needed to withdraw that sum of money. It’s an Indian wedding and many vendors accept cash and in todays inflation era ten thousand dollars doesnt hold the value it once did. Worst customer service ever. We went in to close my dad’s account yesterday after he passed away. He teller was quite young and inexperienced but polite enough. He wasn’t the problem…. He had to go ask his supervisor (or whoever that guy is that sits in the corner behind the counters) numerous questions. Anyway that guy, the supposed supervisor… couldn’t even be bothered to get up and just talk to us directly but kept sending the poor young guy back and forth.
