Just for record, if you want to close your account, remember to close as the sameday as you transfer out, otherwise will need to pay a fee for being ZERO balance ( Tuesday transferred out and Friday come to branch to close my account, unfortunately need to pay a fee for account closure) good luck
If you are considering coming here for a mortgage run really fast the other way. I have had the worst experience of my life this year with this branch. I wouldn’t even have given them one star but I had to give them at least one to write my review. Seriously people run like it’s the Walking Dead come to life
Delyse Braganza and Hinal Patel are the most amazing advisors. Knowledgeable and efficient they make my everyday banking from investments to mortgages an absolute PIECE OF CAKE. I highly recommend both of them for the best customer service.
The atm is locked up at 7:30pm on a Monday? This should be 24hrs
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is rude, racist and very unprofessional. Avoid this location at all costs. All employees need better training. Especially “Mymy”. I will never go to this location for any banking needs. To start the atm machine took my debit card and I needed a replacement and the experience I went through was beyond awful. DO BETTER!!!!!
