Worst experience. Never want to come to this bank. Hinal patel is one person you dont want to work with for your banking needs
Absolutely unacceptable. The smell in this branch is horrendous — it literally reeks like death. I couldn’t even stay inside without feeling sick. For a major bank, this is shocking and disgusting. Management needs to fix this immediately. No one should have to endure this.

I am extremely frustrated with the ATM machines at this Scotiabank branch! The ATM on the right (the taller one) wouldn’t accept any of my bills, which was annoying enough. But then, I went to the ATM on the left, and it did take all of my bills — only to count $10 less than what I actually had. I cancelled the deposit, took my bills back, counted them THREE times, and confirmed I had exactly $220. Yet, when I tried again, the machine took the money and STILL only counted $210. They pulled a hard credit check even though I told them I didn’t want to apply for a credit card. The person I spoke to also asked me if I was an international student three times after they were in my account and had already seen my Canadian passport
