One of the employees (the extremely disgruntled, unpleasant one) told me with full confidence that a credit card bill can only be paid physically in the branch.
Poor service… they do not pick up their phones or when you leave a message never return your calls It’s been a week and no luck… even our realtor says he has had no luck with the Bank here in Whitehorse, Yukon
