Some of the employees were so rude that they didn’t even know how to behave with customers. They seemed to have serious anger issues. Only one girl, Kaur, was behaving nicely and politely. If the others can’t fix their anger issues, they should quit. I was there for some work and simply asked if I could use the restroom.
They are smart and fast in serving customers
The manager wasn’t as patient, nice and listening as much as the associate. Was frequently interrupting and did not have solution oriented approach to my problems. Statements like “so what do you want me to do?” weren’t nice at all.
Worst Bank
A big thank you to Nicole for helping me to set up a bank account. I moved from Belgium to Whitehorse so I wasn’t familiar with all information provided regarding banking. Nicole took her time to explain everything thoroughly and was very friendly. I appreciate her level of expertise and the customer service provided. 10/10 would recommend any new person arriving in Whitehorse to set up their bank account with Scotiabank.
