Hi! I had an issue with a Western Union money transfer and it's a long story. But the point is that when I went back to the bank here, Sharlene McKie was so very helpful and tried to sort things out. She told me a bit about the fraud that goes on and I was shocked! She deals with it everyday. I had a disappointing experience at this bank. The service from the manager was unprofessional and rude, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unhelpful. Good customer service is important, especially in financial institutions where trust and clear communication matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit. I hope the bank takes feedback like this seriously and works on improving how customers are treated in the future.

If I could give a 0 to this branch , I would, I will NEVER step foot inside this salmon arm branch, the management of staff is brutal, 2 workers at the tills, 1 is a newbie, over 1 hr in line up just to submit our ID for a update on our file..
