Horrible customer service, one teller. Waited in line for half an hour with no service and staff walking by not engaging with a line of people waiting.
You got a day off nothing to do!! guess what come down to this location spent rest of your day here in queue at "Next associate available" park :) good luck!!
Very unethical behaviour . i booked an phone appointments to open investment account but he is such an unprofessional , give a call , get info bit didn't call back
Tellers are nice but severely severely understaffed. Every week I wait 20+ minutes in line. Maximum 2 tellers working at once.
Absolutely the worst experience ever with a bank. The advisors are not trained properly and do not take initiative to solve a problem that is caused by their incompetence. I give ZERO stars and would stay away from them. Their customer service is total crap. Seems like a common theme for this branch based on the other reviews. There are so many other options out there that have a much better platform, have more transparency and have advisors that actually help you and care. Do your due diligence and go with another bank.
