I had a disappointing experience at this bank. The service from the manager was unprofessional and rude, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unhelpful. Good customer service is important, especially in financial institutions where trust and clear communication matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit. I hope the bank takes feedback like this seriously and works on improving how customers are treated in the future.
If I could give a 0 to this branch , I would, I will NEVER step foot inside this salmon arm branch, the management of staff is brutal, 2 workers at the tills, 1 is a newbie, over 1 hr in line up just to submit our ID for a update on our file..
Absolutely horrible. Lined up to the door, only two working both are in training. Over an hour just to replace a tap card. Pathetic customer service.
Absolutely horrible customer service!! Left a message for the bank manager to call me days ago, nothing not a word! Sent an email to the bank manager, again nothing not a response back yet! I get that people get busy but it takes one minute to return a call!!! Time to find a bank elsewhere I guess! I have a huge savings account that I was going to switch over to Scotia bank but not now knowing that they don’t care about their customers!
