This morning I went to this branch for some concerns. I met with Vicki, she was amazing, in addressing my concerns! She took care of everything. Thanks again Vicki.
Applied for a credit card to wait for a month to tell me that this branch messed up making it so I have to do it again :)
There is usually a long wait time even when the line up isn’t very long. Today the branch rep didn’t tell me they were holding my deposit. This caused a lot of concern based on how the transaction shows online. Had to call online banking twice and speak to a manger to understand what happened and that my account wasn’t debited that it was how the hold was placed. A little communication could have saved a lot of worry and wasted time.
So, Jan 5, the ATM would take a deposit but not give cash. I went inside and told them. Meh… And today, 7 Jan, the ATM is off line, no depot, no withdrawal. C’mon guys! Once again, no cash or transfer available at ATM on Sunday 6 Aug. Will this crap ever end? Please do something about this! Please see new entry at end. I don’t know if they read their branch reviews. I would hope so. Again, no ATM to deposit or withdraw this Sunday. Never have a problem with inside staff for the limited hours they work . No Saturday hours. Th... read more
