Received a call that I was to come in for an appointment, I asked why, no explanation. I went to my appointment and waited 15 minutes for the representative. No smile, how are you, sorry for your wait. I went into the office and asked why I was there, no explanation. We talked for a few minutes and was told I could go. Did not appreciate my waste of time. The staff at the bank are very helpful but Scotiabank's phone system is the most frustrating annoying crap. It doesnt let you connect to the bank directly and after a long wait connects you to a call center. When you do reach someone they aren't able to help.Frustrating!
The service at this branch is unacceptable. No one seems to know how to do their job properly. It takes the tellers so long to do anything, they misinform their customers, and even when you have an appointment, you have to wait. Kevin Persaud assisted me with an estate account, and he had no idea what he was doing and misinformed me a few times, which caused me problems and delayed the process.
