This Scotiabank location is fantastic. The facility is always extremely clean and well maintained, and the parking lot is nice and spacious with plenty of room.
Received a call that I was to come in for an appointment, I asked why, no explanation. I went to my appointment and waited 15 minutes for the representative. No smile, how are you, sorry for your wait. I went into the office and asked why I was there, no explanation. We talked for a few minutes and was told I could go. Did not appreciate my waste of time. The staff at the bank are very helpful but Scotiabank's phone system is the most frustrating annoying crap. It doesnt let you connect to the bank directly and after a long wait connects you to a call center. When you do reach someone they aren't able to help.Frustrating!
