Great customer service and friendly staff
Because they do not invest in the tech to update hours in real time I have shown up 2 days in a row (at 3:30!) only to find out they decided to close early each day.
Never have money in their atm. Can only get $5 bills up to 250. Rip off. Aiming at a cashless society and tracking spending. Update: seems they are doing better with this lately Jan 2025
My branch used to be Osgoode. Since they closed having to drive 20 min everytime I have to do any banking is a pain and costly for someone who is on a fixed retired income. Also, since the change, I've had little to no success managing my portfolio. The new site doesn't provide me with contact info to my financial advisor. Everyone knew me at the local and would keep me informed of any changes. It was easy to get in contact with my advisor.
