Stay far away from this bank. The staff is nice but they don’t take their job, the federal regulations, or security very seriously. They let someone cash my federal CRA check without asking for identification. When I asked them I was told that the person only had to write the address in the back of the check (it was a check which came in the mail and had the address already on it) and somehow that was proof enough to cash a check that was in my name. 10 stars for this branch! I received absolutely amazing service from Daniel today. The entire team is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. No matter what your banking needs are, this is the place to go. Trust me! ☺️
Slow, impolite, and ask unnecessary and intrusive questions for simple transactions.
The bank tellers here are shockingly uninformed on their own policies and procedures and aren't of much help. Amongst many other things, I had an issue with my account that they couldn't help me with. I called the customer support on the back of the card after trying at the bank and they helped me with everything I needed to know, along with the providing me with correct information that directly contradicted what the tellers told me.
Absolutely terrible customer service! This bank has gone down hill so much in the last few years...
