Absolutely terrible customer service! This bank has gone down hill so much in the last few years...
I would give zero stars for Scotia and this branch. This branch lacks experience, specialized training, autonomy and are completely incompetent when it comes to other business outside of withdrawals and deposits. As others have mentioned the communication is appalling. I cannot say this is limited to just this branch, it’s at every level of the customer experience throughout Scotia except the executive level. Bad service not helpful
Great location!! My replacement bank card was lost during the Canadian mail strike but I was able to go to this location and get a replacement card thankfully!!
