Slow, impolite, and ask unnecessary and intrusive questions for simple transactions.
The bank tellers here are shockingly uninformed on their own policies and procedures and aren't of much help. Amongst many other things, I had an issue with my account that they couldn't help me with. I called the customer support on the back of the card after trying at the bank and they helped me with everything I needed to know, along with the providing me with correct information that directly contradicted what the tellers told me.
Absolutely terrible customer service! This bank has gone down hill so much in the last few years...
I would give zero stars for Scotia and this branch. This branch lacks experience, specialized training, autonomy and are completely incompetent when it comes to other business outside of withdrawals and deposits. As others have mentioned the communication is appalling. I cannot say this is limited to just this branch, it’s at every level of the customer experience throughout Scotia except the executive level.
