One star to the teller who for some reason doesn't like me and makes every time I deal with them the worst part of my day. Im nice to everybody so shame on. 5 starts to the other teller who always makes it a experience that it should be.

Worst service ever. Serge Bokongole told me he will follow up on case and he will give me a callback. Never got a callback from him about the follow-up. Even after calling him multiple times and leaving multiple voicemails still never got a response from him. I have to call the customer service by self in order to to resolve it and spent multiple hours on call with them.....
