Worst service ever. Serge Bokongole told me he will follow up on case and he will give me a callback. Never got a callback from him about the follow-up. Even after calling him multiple times and leaving multiple voicemails still never got a response from him. I have to call the customer service by self in order to to resolve it and spent multiple hours on call with them.....

This bank does NOT care if people are getting scammed! The cashier was extremely rude and didn't want to discuss this. I was told to delete my proof so as an older person she also thinks I'm stupid. So glad I've never had to deal with this bank! Case in point....this very scam was on the global news station tonight and two woman there lost their savings over this. This bank is all about profit before people!
Branch has been good few times visited in person. The online support the app or get directed to is not always the best. Got a new credit card new number due to type of visa being discontinued. Called for info and told all pre payments i had set up would transfer to new card. Month later find that was a lie and now playing catch up and late fees.
