This branch in Smithers was exceptionally helpful and thorough. Moreover, they were able to resolve an issue for me quickly without bureaucracy.
Very bad service for when you call no answer all the time and they don’t call back at all either
I've been a customer for 38 years now always treated me with respect 🙏
One star to the teller who for some reason doesn't like me and makes every time I deal with them the worst part of my day. Im nice to everybody so shame on. 5 starts to the other teller who always makes it a experience that it should be.
