Called to get something arranged, didn't have my card with me so now made me go to the nearest branch, callin with the cardnumber isn't even an option

No access to machine after-hours. The only bank in my town too cheap to make things convenient for their customers. Take your money somewhere else!
Online services are minimal. Extremely difficult to speak with someone who can help you (app messages go unanswered. If you call the local listed number, it reroutes to a call center in Ontario, chat feature is slow and my agent just abandoned the conversation. I left after waiting 20min for a reply) . If you're old school, SB might be ok.
