Sandra was super helpful in getting me a new access card at the bank. She was really kind and easy to talk to.
Tellers hours are only 10 am to 3 pm, which is impossible for the average working person. I stood there for almost a half hour before anyone bothered to tell me the tellers weren’t open - although she was really nice hence the two stars. I encourage the company to properly adjust their advertised hours.
Scotia bank is the worst of all banks . No tellers and waaay to much needless talking with the clients
They post foreign exchange rates on their website daily, then fail to honour those rates. Apparently the rates change so often they need to charge more in the branch than what's on the website because their 'system' demands it, but the same system can't possibly update the website more than once per day.
