Had a lovely experience with Nicole today! Do keep in mind Teller hours are until 3, not 5 as stated on Google (that's for advisors only)
Still waiting now 30 mins and counting on a scotia bank emt. I swear they are the worst in the industry. Terrible bank.
Sandra was super helpful in getting me a new access card at the bank. She was really kind and easy to talk to.
Tellers hours are only 10 am to 3 pm, which is impossible for the average working person. I stood there for almost a half hour before anyone bothered to tell me the tellers weren’t open - although she was really nice hence the two stars. I encourage the company to properly adjust their advertised hours.
Scotia bank is the worst of all banks . No tellers and waaay to much needless talking with the clients
