Dont recommend using then for financial needs. I made the mistake of remortgaging to get step mortgage after a long 6 month process, and us saying we want to pay everything off to zero out our debt. We even tried to add an extra 7-10k for any immediate future purchases needed and somehow they underestimate the amount and left me still oweing 10k having a balance on my new l.o.c. they take a long time, dont explain things, and clearly math isnt their strong suit.... no impressed and will be bringing this to the managers and w... read more
Horrible Horrible branch! Rude and did i say RUDE!
Worst and disgusting customer service at this location, manager there is such a rude person and not at all helping to there own customers. Being a loyal customer with scotiabank since 10year is a total waste, if they hire such a arrogant and rude staff. I asked them for rolls of change , he denied me saying that you are not a scotiabank business customer so i will not able to give you.
