Absolute worst service from any branch I've been to. I live quite close so it is the most convenient branch but I go out of my way to avoid it. I tried cashing a check, they put the wrong amount and took 2 weeks to put the proper amount in my account, I went to get foreign currency and they said they'd call me to let me know when to come in, they never did so I had to go and ask, I go there and they make you wait a minimum of 20min just to see a teller every time (not just busy hours).There is only two people who seem to wor... read more
Absolute terrible bank and branch. You pay high fees for the convenience of being able to do your banking in person at a brick and mortar bank. Then show up in the middle of the day on a Tuesday and the bank plus all their atms are closed. No notice no plan to at least keep the tellers open or the drive through atm so some basic banking can be done.
Extremely poor customer service. Many mistakes were made on my account. I decided to move all my assets out of Scotiabank due to my bad experience.

Repeated mistakes with my money, unhelpful staff, poor service, and no accountability. Three costly mistakes with my money. Staff appear professional but lack the knowledge and attention to do basic banking correctly. Issues that should take minutes turn into frustrating problems because of their errors. Even a call center provides better service. No accountability, poor customer service, and a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this branch to anyone.
