All of my visits here have been extremely disappointing. Examples include receiving unsolicited judgment, staff member asking irrelevant questions, documenting answers as "notes," and being promised follow-ups that never happened. My follow-up messages went completely ignored. Finally, an example of receiving false information that gave me days of intense anxiety, which turned out to be a simple process and no cause for worry.
