Not sure why google removed my 1st review. Shorten version. I have several financial services with Scotiabank, but my recent experience has been frustrating. The advisor assigned to help with my line of credit seemed unfamiliar with the process and failed to return multiple calls. I only got a response after emailing days later, and even then, she couldn’t answer basic questions and promised to follow up—but weeks have passed with no update. This is unacceptable service. Zero customer service. Zero management and especially the manager. They don't know what they are doing? All I can say is that if you haven't encountered any Karen today so just visit them.
