I really appreciated the support from Debbie and Gillian to make adjustments on my STEP.
I am usually a proponent of doing things in person when possible. My last 3 in person visits have been utter failures on the part of the bank. Purely because of incompetence and very poor customer service. All 3 visits were for different things associated with accounts I have with this branch.
