She and Gillian went above and beyond to help us figure out a complicated situation we needed to resolve with another branch in order to make our mortgage payment in time. Kiana and Gillian went well above and beyond to help us with a complicated mortgage issue. We had no reason to expect that they would be able to do what we were hoping, but they went as far as personally reaching out to our home branch, explaining the situation and creatively coming up with a solution that saved us a lot of grief.
