I had appointment with advisor, but he didn't know anything on his relationship and needed someone advise him first. He was fighter , rude and disrespectful. I tried talk with manager and they show me assistant manager. He didn't move and no any reflection, Just same behaviours as advisor's verbal and same languages. This Branch is at the best spot with poor management.
Avoid this branch or atleast that person.. Indian lady was very rude. Machine deposit is better than dealing with highly unprofessional and rude staff.
Absolutely terrible experience with this branch. The staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. What should be simple tasks are made unnecessarily difficult, and the overall service is frustrating and stressful. I truly regret opening a business account here — they’ve made my life harder, not easier.
Kyle Johnson and the Saturday, June 7th staff were exemplary helping us. We had an emergency vet bill to deal with and our home branch was closed, being Saturday. Kyle saw us quickly, without an appointment, and was so compassionate. He made an awful situation easier to deal with by helping us access our emergency funds. He and the rest of the Campeau staff have our gratitude.
