Only downside is there is usually a long line. But honestly they've never messed anything up. They've solved all my problems. And sometimes I was able to speak to personal and financial advisors without an appointment. 5/5
The managers at this bank are awful. I have witnessed horrible customer service.
Irresponsible employees who often don't know what they are talking about. No service ethic. Don't trust them with anything more complicated than a chequing account.
