Customer service is very bad!!! Been waiting in line for 20 minutes and looks like I will be here for a long time!!! Can’t believe it!!!

She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly and always takes the time to explain things clearly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way she does. Chronic faulty ATM experiences have made banking here very frustrating, whether it’s withdrawing or depositing funds. I’ve called multiple times to have this addressed, but the issues continue. The last straw was today: I attempted to use the drive-thru ATM, which displayed “withdrawals unavailable” after I had already entered my PIN. I then went inside to try another ATM, which gave me an error message when I attempted to withdraw funds. It finally worked on the third attempt.
