Sorry but I don’t get why this bank has such a bad rating. You show up in person for service or call during business hours. It’s fine. Yes there is some wait time and the fees are annoying but there’s often ways to wave them with minimum balances.
Customer service at the teller is mediocre compared to the great service provided by some of the financial advisors.
Terrible customer service. The branch manager think she is bigger than her role actually is
