Got my 2500$ stuck(deposit )in ATM and they really dont care about this matter. Try to call dispute department, general help department and met in the bank. No one helped even after 2-3 days.
Today I had best customer service experience with Rhea Joseph . She is very knowledgeable and supportive. While I came for one issue Rhea is so brilliant she resolved all my concerns
Worst branch!!! From the Manager to Supervisor down to the teller!!!.They gauge people, discriminate and imply as somewhat like criminals. Asking questions that are not even relevant! How insulting!!! What a horrible horrible way of treating clients. This branch is soooooo terrible!!! They don't deserve not even 1 star. It's just that; can't review without clicking a star. Most people have post traumatic experience with this branch as of many reviews! So Beware!!!!! Thank God my home branch in Paul Anka is nothing like them.... read more
