No help from teller
If I could rate lower I would. Extremely poor customer service, changing their policies despite what it says on the website. Funds being held beyond the maximum time period and refusal to do anything about it. Claim it will be released on Monday, the civic holiday.
Genuinely wish I could give them zero stars. I have been a Scotia customer my entire life and now their ridiculous hours mean that I can’t stop before or after work to deposit cash. Locking the doors to the ATM area before 9 and after 4 for “customer safety” is the lamest excuse for a solution. What a completely broken system with absolutely zero thought process involved. Stopped off at 17h30 to withdraw from an ABM - open per their website - and it was closed, citing safety. Either update your website, introduce cardlocks, or move the branch. Waste of time due to bank misdirection.
