Stopped off at 17h30 to withdraw from an ABM - open per their website - and it was closed, citing safety. Either update your website, introduce cardlocks, or move the branch. Waste of time due to bank misdirection.
I had to do some updates in Scotia bank. Like address, id card and others. I appreciate the treller to do it instead of booking appointment for advisor. But, the teller wanted to keep copy of my documents, I don't know why they need the copy? I did visit Bmo on the same day to update same and their teller was able to do it at the spot and much faster ( without keeping any copy) Next time I might try to book appointment with advisor and do it.
You guys really shut the doors for atm use just because you couldn't figure out a way to stop the homeless guy from stinking up the place? And now customers are even more inconvenienced
Advisor was 15 minutes late for my appointment because they were chatting with a colleague about personal matters. she then came out, looked me up and down and then stated I would have to wait longer. I have long hair and tattoos and I feel very strongly I was dismissed due to judgement on my appearance.
