After a month the manager contacted me and said I needed to come back to the bank to signed the documents again. When I returned, I signed the documents again inside her office. I used to get great service here but that doesn't seem to exist these days. I had scheduled a phone appointment with an advisor, and received confirmation that the appointment was happening today at 11am. I took my lunch break early and I'm sitting here with 5 minutes to go with no call so I'm forced to cancel. The last time I had scheduled an in-person meeting here it was cancelled 3hrs prior because she was sick, and the email I sent directly to her to schedule was not answered.
