Went up once to try and get access back to my account for online banking and was told that they could not do anything because there "whole online service was down" since then I still dont have access to my account and after going up again with there online service being up still received no help and was just told to call there online support at home which is taking literal hours to get a person on call. No one ever answers the phone. I've never had a problem with Scotiabank until now, now that I see how hard it is to get any level of services with them I have to say the are horrible for helping with any problem caused on their behalf.
