Refused to turn large bills into small bills because I didn’t have an account. Apparently this bank doesn’t work with real money.
This bank is the most careless and annoying bank I paid of my car loan with cheque and they told me that I will be clear in 5 to 8 days and nits been 15 days and they didn't have my cheque in the system they already took off the money from my other bank 8 days ago now I called them few time they told me that they will call me back and I haven't received any call or explanation I came to the branch and they called their main office and guess what they told me that I have to wait until it clear but they don't know how long mor... read more
David was really helpful in exchanging my bad ATM note.
We have been customers of this branch for almost 30 years so we have known the great knowledge and customer service when it existed. Not sure what has happened but our last few times visiting the branch has been a disaster to put it lightly . Our bank manager moved branches and now you think there is one that actually cares about their customers.
