I've used this location for decades! The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't usually have to wait very long to speak with a teller. There is ample parking but only 1 spot for people with disabilities. They have automatic doors and an atm inside the entrance.
Came in to simply change the terms of the mortgage, the guy clerk on the front said can't do it there, that needed an appointment, so far so good understandable, however from this point forward the guy decided to find out if the can't do it or not, or they could do it not being my branch (thank goodness) so he's communicating with the analyst in the back, waiting there for a while people starting to line up with only one guy on the front, I started getting uneasy since the guy on the front clearly said he cannot do anything ... read more
Everytime I come to this branch its a disaster. But this last time took the cake. The tellers have no idea what they're doing, theres never a manager when you need one. They literally sent an important government payment to the wrong place and now its nowhere. Please avoid this place like a should hace done long ago.
