When our local branch closed we were told customer service would be the same at any Scotiabank. This has not been our experience. We miss our helpful and friendly folks at the Chipman Bank.
Worst customer service ever at Scotiabank Minto. I made an appt online for my grandson to open an acct two weeks ago.After standing there for 20 minutes, they finally tell me that the woman who I scheduled the appt with online is on vacation. And ask me to come back after 3...But Eli is working. Scotia Bank ...you need to do better and your customer service.....-1 for service. Terrible! What a bad experience for my grandson who was excited to set up his own account. You guys should be ashamed
Worst financial company in the area. All banks are horrible crooks but Scotiabank takes the cake. Not only did they close the branch in my area, the left aged equipment behind to service the remaining customers who have to deal with ATM outages literally every other day. I don't support any company who abandons a long term demographic of reliable customers.
I have been a Scotiabank customer for years. I have been trying to call this branch for weeks without any luck. If you listen to their recording, it states that their business hours are from 10am until 4pm, Monday through Friday. But when I show up at 3:30 today, they are closed & the sign states that they are open 10 - 3 Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Guess they are to lazy to change their recording. Time to look for another Bank!!!!
