Titilayo Ape Olaitan is unprofessional advisor and I do not recommend booking an appointment with. Waste of time talking to her on the phone and sounds like she doesn’t care about her job. Worse branch to go to everyone seems like they don’t know what they’re doing.
Teller and the advisor were unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving my concerns. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have had at any bank. I walked in seeking support, but instead encountered poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a complete absence of basic courtesy.
I booked two appointments with Scotiabank—one with Darshana V.W. Munasinha and one with Ashley Ann Chubey—two weeks in advance to speak with a Savings and Credit Advisor. Just two days before the appointments, I received a voicemail saying both advisors were "not available" and my appointments were being canceled.
