I booked two appointments with Scotiabank—one with Darshana V.W. Munasinha and one with Ashley Ann Chubey—two weeks in advance to speak with a Savings and Credit Advisor. Just two days before the appointments, I received a voicemail saying both advisors were "not available" and my appointments were being canceled. Their hours aren't the greatest and 1 teller with long lines ups dont help either. Calls don't get returned in a timely manner and you need to leave multiple messages with the advisor. My file has been passed around to so many representatives and they fail to tell me WHO is assigned to my file and it becomes a guessing game. Not sure what happened- but the customer service has declined over the past few years

Darshana VW Munasinha Most people here at this branch were not helpful at all I was having appointment today over the phone and this person don’t even bother to call me for the appointment so you can see how serious they were about the service if I get option for 0 rating I would do that useless and not the first time this happen. So I don’t know the branch manager is serious about the service or not.

Customer service is consistantly below average. A recent poor experience with the bank manager has left me closing our accounts and moving our business elsewhere.
