Tried to use my debit card and Visa card in a transaction for fuel for my vehicle. All of my cards were declined. Looked at my accounts via the app, everything is fine. Tried everything . Called customer service twice, talked to 2 different people, answered numerous questions and was denied access to my accounts twice!!!. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! They said that I have to visit my branch. All the PBAs I dealt with helped me lots ! I think David , Ramsey and someone else I dealt with briefly. Didn’t really enjoy dealing with upfront line and the call when they held my 50$ wire … I get it it’s a compliance , but there is more friendly approach to deal with things esp if there is a delay… the fraud investigations need to be improved it’s been 2 months I haven’t received any updates on my claim. So 3 stars for now! Hopefully we will see improvements
My experience is limited with this bank but everyone's experience says to stay away there. Poor customer service, the bank does not treat members well..they make you feel like your wasting their time. Cheque holds are rediilcuously long. Nothing good now es.ever reported flanout this bank .
Terrible service, like always i have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes in line. Why you guys can’t have more people in there. There are 8 chairs but only 2 people works there. Why you guys waste customers time sometimes people have emergencies. But of course you don’t care your banks have money for advertising but not for customer service. I hate to even come here because i know am going to waste my 30 to 35 minutes
