Overall good experience. Sometimes a bit of a wait but always walk out happy
Drive 2 hours to pick up a vehicle. Unable to use my debit card. Okay, call customer service - 45 minute wait. Told to call the branch; given an extension number. No one answers. Call customer service and wait again. Oh we’re sorry you’re only allowed to use a certain amount of money in your bank account per day. (Even if it’s your money). There’s nothing we can do. Maybe!! Hope you have time to wait! Long line ups every time.... I get every once in a while but it's EVERY time. Makes what should be a 10 min visit into and hour each time.
Been trying to put money in since Christmas. Inside the building is always closed. Paper says to use the drive thru. Drive Thru ATM had been out of service for days. Going to miss online shopping sales because of this.
