Way too long of a wait to get to the teller. Bank manager should be coming out to help with the line when it hasn’t moved for 20 minutes and has over a dozen people in line
Tyler was discrimination on deaf with very poor communication with his angry attitude
Absolutely worst bank I ever dealt with. Dianne Ethier worst manager in the business. Everytime you call her it goes straight to an answer machine but you can never leave a message because her answering machine is always full. I had went down to the bank many times in 1.5 months to see if I could talk with her but either she is not there or in a meeting. The guy at the front desk in the lobby doesn’t know how to greet the customer. He needs some training for the customer service.
Overall good experience. Sometimes a bit of a wait but always walk out happy
