Customer service is horrible.. new staff that screw up more than getting it right.. 45 min wait everytime
The worst bank in Prince Albert. A customer was ahead of me in customer service and they were taking a very long time. The woman behind the desk Swati looked at me while I was standing in line, made eye contact with me and could see I was upset with the length of time this was taking. My leg was getting sore from standing for an extended amount of time, so I decided to take a seat. If you’re new to Prince Albert, I’d strongly suggest looking for another bank. This branch doesn’t seem to value its customers. I made a simple request: “Could you please add $5 bills to your ATM so I don’t have to wait 20-30 minutes to withdraw money?” The staff member coldly replied, “It’s already decided by management… and I can’t tell you why.” As someone new to town, this was really discouraging.
