At first I gave one star because of banking issues. The 1-800 number doesn’t work well. I punched in my card numbers AFTER it cuts me off the first time. Punching in the numbers doesn’t work. I must’ve pressed the option for a rep 10+ times (“press “0”) For my part I messed up somewhere online and I went to the local bank to correct. It wasn’t busy. Customer service is horrible.. new staff that screw up more than getting it right.. 45 min wait everytime
The worst bank in Prince Albert. A customer was ahead of me in customer service and they were taking a very long time. The woman behind the desk Swati looked at me while I was standing in line, made eye contact with me and could see I was upset with the length of time this was taking. My leg was getting sore from standing for an extended amount of time, so I decided to take a seat. Wait in line forever . Like maybe have more then 2 peaple working the desks
If you’re new to Prince Albert, I’d strongly suggest looking for another bank. This branch doesn’t seem to value its customers. I made a simple request: “Could you please add $5 bills to your ATM so I don’t have to wait 20-30 minutes to withdraw money?” The staff member coldly replied, “It’s already decided by management… and I can’t tell you why.” As someone new to town, this was really discouraging.
