I HATE THIS BANK WITH A PASSION . WORST BANK EVER . ALSO WHEN YOU CALL THEN DIRECTLY ,THEY NEVER ANSWER OR RETURN YOUR MESSAGES .ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR RATINGS ,WHAT KIND OF BRANCH IS THIS ?! NO SENSE OF URGENCY . TIME TO BANK ELSEWHERE FOREAL .
Both ATM’s are usually unavailable for withdrawal on weekends.
Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever seen. Can't reach them by phone. Local number goes to central office, then transfered to voicemails that go ignored. When going in branch, staff won't provide the services required saying I should have called ahead first. Can't access my money. They refuse to help. Avoid this location at all costs.
