J'adore scotiabank mais la branche au 2737 laurier st Clarence Rockland Ontario m'a déçu. Mon métier me donne la possibilité d'avoir des pourboires, j'ai des billets comme des pièces de monnaie. La 1ère fois la caissière a pris l'argent, et aujourd'hui une caissière au lieu de prendre l'argent, elle perd le temps pour rassembler des papiers à rouler pour que je roule les pièces dedans au lieu de faire le travail simple et efficace!!!
I have been using this branch of Scotiabank for about 3 years now but early this year I tried to deposit money via the atm, but the machine failed to deposit and only returned part of my money and held the rest. I went into the branch to complain and the manager trivialized the issue and made it seem like I was lying even when I had a print out from the ATM that confirmed the error. I have been at the bank recently on a few occasions and the level of service has increased since Roxanne the manager has come onboard and Natalie Richer, customer service representative at the cashier desk has come onboard. Congratulations!
Rockland branch has been struggling for the last few years. I have been disappointed with the service here in the past. However it seems as though Scotiabank is investing in the right people to finally turn things around to build a partnership you can trust. Wyatt is awesome to deal with.
