Need a chair for people who cannot stand long,and need a teller not a machine.
When you actually get to a teller, it’s a fine experience. The front line individuals are not the problem. The issue is very poor management and low staffing. Always a minimum 15 minute wait, usually more. Two to three tellers at most. Several overdressed men relaxing and socializing in cubicles, clearly uninterested in helping clear the line. Bank machines aren't allowing cash deposits!
Worst service. 25minutes in line and still waiting as the manager sits in his office and ignores all of the lineup of people. 3 people have left the line already. This is a prime example of what a bank thinks of its customers.
I was having some issue with TransUnion, Helen Varley took an extra effort to resolve it, she helped with a lot of patience.
