Customer service is horrendous!! Had a $400 order stolen off my porch and the visa department, company I ordered from and UPS all told me “nothing we can do for you, just file a police report”. So about four years ago, I was in a bad life-changing car accident. I’m currently unemployed. I have no means to work because I was badly injured in this vehicle accident currently living on the streets. I only wanted to send my daughter money to get a pain reliever for a broken tooth, and it took over 45 minutes to change my password. I NEVER WANT TO HAVE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD AGAIN.
