Scotia has outright stolen near a million from my business. They refuse to allow me to withdraw funds and close my accounts, and refuse to give any explanation. Open case with RCMP now. They've wasted 70 hours of my time just trying to figure out why they retroactively modified my corporate bank statements by 7 months. Branch manager here was rude... and ya know, has facilitated the theft of my entire businesses assets. Video of her outright refusing to provide any explanation.

Was there with a client for work, the female teller was extremely rude. Her tone of voice and demeanor was extremely awful. We were inquiring why they were holding a work cheque. She said it's their policy to hold unfamiliar cheques even if you provide the pay stub and update your employer on their file. I am also a Scotiabank customer and I have never had this issue with depositing work cheques. My client also had an account with TD so went across the street and asked their policy.
