Asked the teller if I could pay a debt and they claimed I needed some kind of number to process. I was able to do this at another scotiabank with no problems. I told them it's fine I'll just go to another bank and the teller started shouting at me. The same teller started yelling at the next person in line.
atm machine took my card for no apparent reason, had to wait over half an hour just to see the manager to get it back. the staff isn’t trained to do anything without the manager, long wait times, just take ur business to another branch or bank.
Best customer service , friendly staff
Very slow service and staff unable to provide simple service, multiple clients waiting to see branch manager. For assistance as other staff is not trained to assist clients
