You need to fire Aaron. The guy is totally unprofessional and not helpful to people making major financial decisions. I am glad I am not a customer of Scotia and will never be after having the displeasure to meeting Aaron Bostani.
Very unfriendly, commanding, shouting like behaviour and attitude from manager. No smiling face. I was there to solve and have advice but very very rude behaviour. Looks like I am not in Canada but other country. Magt needs to take action to save good image of Scotia. It was not like this couple of years ago.

Annoying and third world customer service experience. Had the chance recently to visit this branch: There was only one teller on duty, and 4 clients standing in line to be served. Yet that single teller was doing on her computer, and later two more tellers showed up, but none of those tellers were attending to the clients at all. Unhelpful staff creating rules that don’t exist in other branches for straightforward banking needs. Frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor and go to another branch. Edit: I read other reviews posted for this branch and this seems to be a common issue here. The manager seems to have her own made-up rules instead of the bank’s official rules that she insists to follow. This is not just my experience but reiterated time and again through other reviews too. The manager (and the staff) needs to be retrained.
