Rude “advisor” with no empathy for clients. Do your due diligence and shop around because you won’t be treated well if there’s no profit to make here. Putting uninformed seniors in high interest accounts and not informing them of the stipulations is slimy. One can argue everyone should read fine print, but it’s not difficult to mention key aspects that are baked into policies that compound interest. Avoid!

I have a business account here. This branch has one amazing staff. Everything else is bad. Hours are terrible, never receive return calls or emails. They do not make your business banking a priority.
