I had an issue in dealing with a representative at a different location and thought to come here as I had a better overall experience in the past. By chance I had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle a second time for a separate matter, and he handled the situation with ease rectifying my problem and truly saving everything. Kyle is professional, easy going and has gone above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate his professionalism and can honestly say that he saved Scotiabank from losing a customer.

Rude “advisor” with no empathy for clients. Do your due diligence and shop around because you won’t be treated well if there’s no profit to make here. Putting uninformed seniors in high interest accounts and not informing them of the stipulations is slimy. One can argue everyone should read fine print, but it’s not difficult to mention key aspects that are baked into policies that compound interest. Avoid!
