Great bank,with great service
If you don't have to go inside, it is great. But if you have to go inside, everything that everyone posted who gave it a 1 is my experience in the last year. Trying to open RESP for grandchild, they couldn't even get it out of the gate. After almost a year, we finally moved it to another bank but what a hassle and in spite of numerous trips to bank, many phone calls, letters including their ombudsman - nada.
