I have a business account here. This branch has one amazing staff. Everything else is bad. Hours are terrible, never receive return calls or emails. They do not make your business banking a priority.
We recently had an appointment with a financial advisor for our RRSP investment. Kyle was very informative and helpful for finding the best solution for investing in our RRSP. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Excellent service, we are very happy about our experience.

The representative was very good and tried his best but Scotiabank has so many new rules and complex procedures that it is hard to plan. Mortgage rates are different online, through the call centre and at a branch. This was only a renewal. If I was to do a new mortgage I would go to a mortgage broker. I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years but relationships are meaningless in the banking world.
