I try to stay positive, but I was really disappointed with this branch. My business partner and I scheduled an appointment a week in advance with Jonathan to open a business account, and we received a confirmation and reminder email. The latest appointment available is at 3:15 PM, which meant I had to miss 3 hours of work. I arrived 10-15 minutes early, but the woman at the counter was confused and unaware of our appointment. I opened an account with them that I was going to use for retrofitting my house due to a disability and to easily track payments from my investments. EVERY transaction that I made in the month that I had the account, required me to go to the bank or spend over an hour on the phone. They blocked deposits, froze the account. I closed it and they wanted to charge me a closing fee! Between dealing with a MS relapse and the stress of this, I'm surprised I'm still sane!
