They lock the door an hour before the close....crazy....I can go to the bank next door and get in and out pretty in a decent time, be prepared to camp out for the day in this line, only two tellers and only one open and lined up out the door. Never enought tellers
This Bank now sucks big time. I've been a customer since the 1990s they have made hundreds of thousands of dollars off me as I used to buy and sell houses. And I've run my business there since 1995. Yet one day in June of 2025 they decided to fire me as a customer no reason given and they kept all my reward dollars from my Visa card. Even the office of the president said they don't have to give a reason it's in the fine print.
Exceptional Service – Went Above and Beyond! I recently needed a void cheque quickly and realized I had forgotten my debit card. Abhinav Kota who is the senior financial advisor at scotia bank in Duncan was incredibly helpful and professional. This bank is garbage. Service is garbage. Spend all day waiting. They need to hire more people.
Incredibly inept. Avoid these people at all costs... If you have a high ratio mortage they force you to pay your proporty tax every month and they pay it at the end of the year.... U less they dont. And then it accumulates interest for a year before you find out. Then they cant seem to do simple math to get your payments right for another year so on year 3 ypur paying all kinds of money to cover that interest and also their ineptitude...
