Completely awful branch overall. Scotiabank is ok for a big bank elsewhere in Canada but here in Duncan, it is the worst run branch of any bank I have been inside of in my life. Horrible
Horrible hours, no tellers, expect to take the entire day off work if you need to your banking…..
This Bank now sucks big time. I've been a customer since the 1990s they have made hundreds of thousands of dollars off me as I used to buy and sell houses. And I've run my business there since 1995. Yet one day in June of 2025 they decided to fire me as a customer no reason given and they kept $2187.45 of my reward dollars from my Visa card. Even the office of the president said they don't have to give a reason it's in the agreement "fine print"
They lock the door an hour before the close....crazy....I can go to the bank next door and get in and out pretty in a decent time, be prepared to camp out for the day in this line, only two tellers and only one open and lined up out the door. Never enought tellers
