Completely understaffed , they run a skeleton crew of tellers at the busiest times of day they might have two tellers and a lineup out the door . I've personally watched the same teller look at her watch and shut her station down at 5 minutes at noon to make sure she gets her " union mandated lunch break " heaven forbid there are 25 people in line . How can you be one of the largest financial institutions in the world and never have enough staff to keep the branch open to the hours posted online? Fear not though shareholders, of course personal bankers accept customers with money to invest for private appointments even though the tellers are closed! Worst bank branch on planet Earth. Get a new branch manager!
Would give zero stars if possible. I'm amazed this branch has not been closed. The staff are the most unhelpful incompetent staff I have dealt with in any bank in Canada. Not only do they seem to not want to do their job, they are rude & unfriendly. Both the staff and the Manager told my elderly family member legally incorrect information more than once about estate laws in BC and caused undue stress and extensive delays in processing an estate. Avoid this branch at all costs.
The poorest banking experience you can have. I have been trying to transfer $31000 in registered educational savings plans for two years. They will not release the money or answer questions. They have simply stolen the money! Good luck
