We traveled all the way from Salt Spring Island to visit your branch on Saturday because this website says you're open and so does the Scotiabank website - only to find that the Duncan branch is no longer open on Saturdays and has not been since July 1st. It's now the middle of October. Get your crap together. Update your hours on your homepage.
Tried to call in to customer service multiple times. Get a recording saying there are technical issues and get cut off after going through the keypad prompts. That is with calling the branch number. Often issues with the atm machines and long waits for the tellers. I think it’s time to consider switching banks.
Beware atm is broken and they wont refund you.
Horrible customer service and rude people. Makes me want to change banks.
