Absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I could never get an appointment with an advisor and even with hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings and an equity heavy house they held the mortgage on I have a five day hold on cheques deposited and an $1,800 limit on e-transfers. I finally closed all my accounts and after three attempts to reconcile accounts I’m still waiting on a small amount owed to me four months later. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Justin helped me and was thorough and responsive. This branch as a whole is communicative and helpful. Don’t be hard on tellers that have their hand tied with corporate rules. They are quick thinkers here and are very helpful.

I had an car insurance and the money i got was cleared but its stuck because of branch in another province that is in Nova scotia and the cheque was on two names. The manager of another province was not even helping so the staff in this branch helped me alot. Thanks for the Manager, Assistant Manager and specially Anmol who helped me alot in this case to clear out.

Do not waste your time with this branch and certainly do not try making an appointment with one of their advisors. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Twice now I have made appointments to take out money from my son's RESP to pay for his university, and both times I have received a voice-mail literally the day of the appointment saying oh sorry, no one is available and we are canceling your appointment. It takes a month to get an appointment in the first place! They will cancel and not even bother to try to reschedule ... read more
