Might be the most useless branch in North America. 9:30-5 extended hours. Not open on the weekends. Waste of bank fees keeping this place open
I’ve been with Scotiabank for almost 20 years and in particular the one in Sutton for 24 years. I’m absolutely shocked to receive a letter stating they are closing this branch and moving to Keswick. No thought of the older customers who prefer dealing directly at the bank or use there bank machine to avoid costs incurred at ATM machines. So now all Sutton customers that have any issues have to drive to Keswick. So disappointing!!!
Very nice people over there, they will try to help you no matter what is your problem.
