No one ever answers calls in the branch.
Only one teller on duty initially until a line up of seven people occurred. I had an issue involving the ABM shorting money from a deposit, passed on to a manager, then deputy manager, then left in the reception area without updates. Asked manager, told that the deputy manager would update. Still nothing. Eventually the teller took pity and asked what was going on, still left on own in the reception. Then manager unavailable. Finally told nothing could be done today and they will take some time.
Customer service skills are lacking at this branch.
So slow never seen anything like this. And tellers seem to wanna have conversations more than moving people through.
