The tellers are very nice but the bank doors close to the public at 3 pm so it’s hard to get any banking done unless you’re an early bird. Lines are long and move slowly because they only have two tellers at a time. One wrong customer and you’re stuck for 30 minutes just standing there. They need to be open until 6 and have 3 tellers at all times. The managers just sit in the office, they don’t help during a rush time.
Not good paying dues and Kentville has no tellers and one ATM that puts out 10$. Next new mains goggle says open till 5 and closed at 3 still says closes at 5. Next we all don't work days so when the door to ATM is locked at night not good. I'll be switching banks with my whole family after 25 years sad don't want to I just want service and to be able to get my cash is that to much to ask??

Bad enough that most Scotiabank's in the valley don't offer teller services. Worse when this branch's phone system says transaction services go until 3:30pm and you arrive at the branch to find out actually its 3pm. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Just really disappointing customer service. After waiting for close to an hour in line, the teller. Suzanne, was very rude and made us justify why we were doing a wire transfer. After waiting for an hour we were then told to wait longer to get help from the manager. It's clear they do not care or respect their customers. In talking with a number of customers in line it seems this is just how this bank operates.
