Holy moly!!! Super slow service, ignorant tellers and the management obviously doesn't care. This bank is horrible and I don't know how people put up with it, I will not ever again. -100 for the entitled staff and unconcerned management.
The front line staff/tellers are very courteous & works hard as other branches have closed up and the wait lines are long. They close at 3:00 p.m. for customer service.. They should improve that if they want the customers to stay with them.
I had a great experience working with Olga at Scotiabank. She was extremely helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Olga took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure each step moved smoothly.
This has got to be the worst bank in NS, no one has a clue what they are doing, no one helps you only makes the situation worse, they constantly make mistakes and are so slow and I mean all employees at doing anything their job requires, -100.
Bank ABM stole my cheque, thank you to the staff whom helped get my check deposited properly, and within a small amount of time
