Having 2 tellers on duty the day after a holiday means an over 30 minute wait here. Shameful. Employ more people.
If there is staff in the building. That refuse cashing my cheque and just rudly point at the ATM. Than said staff -working staff at 3:30- should. Cash. My. Cheque. Now that cheque is on hold for 5 business days (8 days from now) Pretty simple task for a bank I thought.
They cannot help you after 3pm to do anything you'd need to go to a bank for. 'Tellers hours' is a truly awful policy.
