Long wait times, broken ATMs, and inconsistent, unapologetic service. Blaming the third party who repairs the ATM is no excuse. With nearly 8 billion in net income in 2025, you should treat your customers better.
Holy moly!!! Super slow service, ignorant tellers and the management obviously doesn't care. This bank is horrible and I don't know how people put up with it, I will not ever again. -100 for the entitled staff and unconcerned management.
The front line staff/tellers are very courteous & works hard as other branches have closed up and the wait lines are long. They close at 3:00 p.m. for customer service.. They should improve that if they want the customers to stay with them.
