My partner was just treated terribly at this branch, by a young women at the counter. There are only two working during the time. He had to pick up a credit card and she absolutely made him feel belittled for no apparent reason, and this is unacceptable, I will be going into the branch tomorrow morning to speak to a manager. She shouldn’t be at work if she’s in a bad mood or working in customer service entirely!!!
They Canceled my account because of inactivity which seems like a very common practice. The reason why I didn’t t really bank there was because I opened my account days before their software crash. I seen co-workers not get paid and miss car payments and this happened a few times and they were not very transparent. I don’t care they canceled it but to have a message appear saying something nefarious is going on with my account and I need to drive there only so you can get your bank card back. Really???
