Mr. Mason Darroch is a very knowledgeable, helpful, kind financial advisor at this branch. Whatever problem, request, question I have Mason answers it immediately and resolves anything that may require resolving. I would recommend directing any and all your banking questions to him. If i could give 10 stars, I would just for him.
Scotiabank customer service has immensely declined since closing down several branches and reducing teller services to next to none, even wait times to speak to someone at their call center are much greater now, sometimes 45 minute wait to speak to someone👎👎
The line ups are unreal, they ATM is empty by Saturday morning, they have not a lick of interest in the customers. Really sad.
