Scotiabank customer service has immensely declined since closing down several branches and reducing teller services to next to none, even wait times to speak to someone at their call center are much greater now, sometimes 45 minute wait to speak to someone👎👎
The line ups are unreal, they ATM is empty by Saturday morning, they have not a lick of interest in the customers. Really sad.

I just arrived at Scotiabank in Stellarton at 3:10 pm where we now bank because our Westville branch was closed only to find the teller service closed at 3:00 - apparently it started last week. On looking on the Scotiabank site it states bank open from 10 til 5 however it’s only for appointments and not money banking after 3:00. I didn’t come in earlier this morning because they had for some time been starting teller service at 11:00.
