My 83 year old mother waited in line for 20 minutes today to make a cash deposit (other people behind her as well). If one customer is taking up so much time at the only open till at the start of the lunch hour (it was 12 noon) surely it shouldn’t take that long for someone to notice and open up a second till.
I can only speak as I have experienced... a couple years ago, issus I had were dealt with, very much to my satisfaction in a very timely manner... the lady who served me was a very good representative for this local branch.... unless things change, they have one very satisfied customer in this customer...
