Not this branch specifically but avoid Scotiabank in general. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Also they are inflexible to people’s needs. NEVER USE SCOTIABANK
This is not based upon this branch. I’m warning anyone thinking of using Scotiabank, do not. Their customer service wait times are absolutely horrendous. Any minor change to your daily banking needs has to go through a phone representative. They are usually helpful, however they waiting well over an hour every single time to speak to them is an embarrassment. Do not use Scotiabank if want convenience.
The bank manager has caused me alot of financial loss. She is rude and unprofessional when trying to solicit her assistance. Scotia Bank made an error that this manager could have helped to solve but chose not to be helpful. Other times she has made my financial transactions as difficult as possible when she had discretion to create ease. . She has an antagonistic and disrespectful attitude and approach to client care.
