Not this branch specifically but avoid Scotiabank in general. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Also they are inflexible to people’s needs. NEVER USE SCOTIABANK
This is not based upon this branch. I’m warning anyone thinking of using Scotiabank, do not. Their customer service wait times are absolutely horrendous. Any minor change to your daily banking needs has to go through a phone representative. They are usually helpful, however they waiting well over an hour every single time to speak to them is an embarrassment. Do not use Scotiabank if want convenience.
