These 5 stars are just for the service I received from DJ today. Im a senor. Not great with computers. I had to open up a new account today and this young man went over and beyond his "duties" to help me today with adding my new account with my phone. This young man gave me exceptional service. Thanks DJ for your patience and kindness. You should be in management and a role model for the other tellers at this bank.
This is a great branch. Friendly knowledgeable employees. Mortgage specialists, branch manager, branch assistant manager, Tellers. All great!
The tellers in general are great for as long as they last .The " investment advisors " estate department and other management seem very intentionally unavailable to us plebs .When I discovered that new customers get 5 % interest on a savings account but apparently those of us who have been with them for decades don't I was miffed to say the least.
