Such a lack of any professionalism!
I originally had an appointment for 11am showed up 10 minutes early and didn't get in until 11:45 which defeated the whole purpose of making an appointment. They finally came out and explained the accountant I was meeting with was overbooked, however thankfully Sara had a cancelation and was able to help me. Sara was awesome and helped answer any questions I had and completed all the services I needed done without any confusion. The only reason I gave this 4 stars was the wait time. Sara's service was 5 stars.
Had super efficient service with Aditya at this location today. It was a simple issue that he was able to fix for me right then and there thankfully as I had my 2 kids in tow, but his kindness and friendly welcoming demeanour really turned a hectic stressful day for me around! Thank you for the great customer service :)
