Worst experience in my entire life. I cannot transfer my money out from this bank to anywhere else since they cannot figure out a stupid mistake they made.Visited the branch twice, spent around 2 hours in the branch, 3 hours on the phone. Lost an entire afternoon. Result : it got worse. They don’t know banking. Never ever do business with this branch and hence Scotia since the corporate office is not auditing these reviews. I am going to close my accounts and move to another bank.
I had a great experience with chanchal preet singh . He was very polite, patient, and helpful in resolving my issue. He stayed on the call with customer care for about 30 minutes to make sure everything was sorted out properly. I really appreciate his professionalism and dedication to helping customers. Excellent service!
I have been dealing with this branch since it was stablished. Their staff has always treated me with respect and in a friendly manner. Abha Gupta has facilitated many a transaction with minimal delays and always willing to resolve in a promptly manner. Very satisfied client.
Very very slow taking 10 mins per customer for just issuing money
