Worst bank in the entire city manger is awfully rude and the staff are atrocious
The staff is so rude specially lady name rose an old lady with full of attitude
I only use this bank for the ABMs. Anytime I have tried to use their in-person services, as a Tangerine user, I am told no one will help me as I am not a client. For example, I had $300 USD in cash to change to Pesos, and they wouldn't even help me with a basic exchange. I went to the Scotiabank in Uptown Waterloo, who had no issues helping me out. Entirely different customer experience at that branch. Head there!
