Excellent staff and service. They've gone out of their way to help any way they can. The Shelburne branch has been amazing!

I have tried to cash multiple checks now on different days and they were closed on all those days! How am I expected to pay Bill's when the bank is not open to put money in! The staff are rude. And if you call the call center its useless and u might as well hang up cause I called them about my check and not to hold it cause I've gotten multiple check cashed there before and apparently they cant do it. Bad company, definitely will be switching cause I'm tired of dealing with these kinds of things every week when I get paid!
Impossible to get through to somebody at the branch just get re routed to national call center witch is borderline useless
