Ching Wai Tseng is the greatest service rep of all time, one might say, the goat. You can tell he's awkward in real life, but across the scotiabank frontdesk? He radiates an unspoken confidence like Tom Cruise. He had me in and out of that building in less than half an hour for two separate issues with my banking. If you'd like to witness the legend himself (Ching Wai Tseng, not Tom Cruise), then look for the asian guy, if you couldn't tell by the name.

Yesterday was the worst experience I had in pembina scotia bank with wai fung yiu, he is so disrespectful, english is terrible and will not give proper explanation on how to apply for credit card and which to recommend. He lack no warm welcoming to client. He even making some faces when I ask for time to get what he asked for or when I need further clarification. He is a no no

Honestly, it’s almost artistic how this credit card company operates. I had 50$ available credit, then I paid $100 on my card, and instantly my available credit jumps from $50 to $150. Super smooth, right? But then I make a $110 purchase (well within the new limit), and suddenly I’m being told I went “over the limit” and get charged a $29 overlimit fee. It’s almost like the system is designed to trap people. Approve the charge, show the credit is there, then hit them with a surprise fee after the fact. Classic move. And of c... read more

Worst experience ever. My advisor was Wai Fung Yiu and he doesn't know how to deal with clients. No minimal respect and he even doesn't know how to talk in English. I asked him basic questions and he was pointing on me and didn't answer my any questions.
