Curious how a bank is able to function, not answering phones or returning calls. Had this issue when settling my father in laws estate, and now with my company Called and left a message in December to speak with the SBA, Elizabeth. No return call. Called January 9th. No return call. Called January 10th. No return call. Lets see...it takes 30 seconds to dial and speak with a person. Time to change banks. No person is ever too busy to pick up a phone, and if they are, they need to practice time management.
